Military Vehicles Canada

IDGA’s Military Vehicles Canada is the only event to deliver the latest in developments for new and legacy vehicle platforms, advancements in technologies and lessons learned from recent operations in Afghanistan. Military Vehicles Exhibition and Conference

The Military Vehicles Exhibition & Conference brings together 3000+ industry professionals and 250 leading suppliers.  MVEC 2011 is being updated to bring together the entire military vehicle supply chain, to meet the needs of the services for a fleet with diverse capabilities.

Attendees are R&D and engineering specialists, OEMs, program management, service providers, DoD agencies, and academics The focus is to explore new technologies and new initiatives to ensure vehicle survivability, upgrade sustainability, and find new ways to collaborate to cost-effectively serve the changing needs of the military vehicle industry.  Admission is free to military personnel and manufacturing, engineering and design professionals involved in the military supply chain.

MVEC 2011 also features two days of in-depth workshops and a two-day main conference on vital topics involved in the design, development, procurement, maintenance and powering of military vehicles.

The 2nd Annual Integrated Testing and Evaluation Conference

The 2nd Annual Integrated Testing and Evaluation Conference will enable DT&E and OT&E practitioners a distinctive opportunity to review Acquisition policy, culture and T&E activities for the purpose of implementing greater efficiency into cross-branch responsibilities in order to ensure maximum results for the war-fighter.

This conference will feature over 15 key briefings presented in a highly interactive classroom style format. Attendees will benefit from several deliveries of the key issues surrounding T&E including case study presentations, hands-on workshops and interactive panel discussions.

Unlike the large trade shows and tech expositions, this conference will be driven by the content surrounding T&E, and therefore, overall attendance is LIMITED and restricted to primarily military and government personnel. However, we do invite a very select number of solution providers and contractors to attend as we expect them to assist in providing a truly 360 degree perspective in this vital area.

Military Health Systems Information Management

There is a consensus across the DoD that the current medical information management system, AHLTA, is broken, and that a way forward must be found to ensure that military personnel receive the care owed to them for protecting our nation, both during combat and when they return home.

This conference will feature over 15 key briefings presented in a highly interactive classroom style format that will lay the building blocks for an improved management system with greater transparency and the effective implementation of Electronic Health Records. Attendees will benefit from several deliveries of the key issues surrounding military health management including case study presentations, hands-on workshops and interactive panel discussions.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with industry leaders on ways to utilize comprehensive records to improve post-combat care, and develop more effective treatment programs for war-related illnesses.
